We're still collecting donations
On the 31st May 2021 we'd raised £5,339 with 150 supporters in 269 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We are looking to improve the matchday experience at the Mem for younger fans and those with special needs by creating a safe space for all.

On the 31st May 2021 we'd raised £5,339 with 150 supporters in 269 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We are looking for your support to help raise funds to create a unique space for children and those with special needs at the Memorial Stadium.
As part of the Club's strategic aims, we are looking to improve the infrastructure at the Mem to create a safe space for junior fans and those with special needs to enjoy their match day.
In the North West corner of the stadium there is a redundant garage that the Club owns, which we are looking to convert into a sensory room and fun area for kids to play pre-match.
Outside of this space, we will also be looking to expand the offerings for supporters to eat and drink before the game.
All of the above suggestions are following supporter feedback from the most recent Club survey.
Creating an environment that is welcoming to all and improving facilities for the next generation of Rovers fans are vital in ensuring that we continue to grow whilst maintaining our family and community club roots.
In order to help raise funds for this area, we are looking to sell cutouts to be displayed at the Mem whilst we start the 2020/21 season behind closed doors.
1. Buy a cutout and donate
2. Share the campaign and ‘like’ social posts to reach as many people as possible
3. Encourage your company to donate or assist with the works to help raise the money.
Barring a major setback, the season is due to return on September 12th without supporters due to COVID-19 and the current social distancing guidelines.
Our support has been nothing short of magnificent and we're determined to start the season together with you, even if you are watching from home on iFollow.
So as Ben and the squad continue their preparations for the new campaign, we're going to try to do something to bring everyone together, so we start the season off on the right foot.
We're partnering with our friends at 'Typecraft and Signcraft' to allow supporters to be present at the start of the season for the matches that take place behind closed doors by way of a cardboard cut-out, as has been seen at other clubs that were able to return during the lockdown.
We also want to show solidarity with our charity partner, 'Above & Beyond', by donating 10% of all the profits from this campaign to their mission of supporting those NHS workers that have done so much for us all during this pandemic.
We know it's a challenging time for everyone, but we're hoping that all Gasheads will see this idea as a great way to show their support at a time when we need it the most!
It will help us to generate some much-needed income while supporting our local businesses and charity partners in the process. We hope it's something our supporters will hopefully enjoy being involved in too.
We only have about two weeks to do this, so we need to make a start now to ensure that the cut-outs are in place for the first home league game of the 2020/21 season.
We're extremely disappointed that we will not be able to welcome fans to matches for the start of the season, with the new campaign set to begin behind closed doors.
Our plan is to fill the North Stand with 500 fans, to show the players that we are right behind them and get the season off to the best possible start.
Pledge £25 and we will add your own 'cardboard cut-out' to the terraces at the Mem which we will return to you, as soon as it's safe to do so.
Please note: supporter cut-outs will be made using Foamex, a superior quality, extremely versatile PVC foam sheet (2f x 1ft in size).
Deadline for pledges: Thursday, September 10 (9pm)
Deadline for photographs and artwork: Friday, September 11 (5pm)
The match: Saturday, September 19 (3pm)
Please make sure you send across your pictures, videos or artwork to us as soon as you can once you've pledged, and we can begin working with our partners to create our Foamex supporters. Late submissions may miss out given our tight deadlines.
Please also ensure you opt into project updates when you make your pledge to ensure you receive the latest updates from us. We will not use your details for any other reason.
