Help Support Helen & Douglas House Children’s Hospice and Friends of Bishops Itchington Primary School (FoBIPS) this Christmas xxx
All donations will be split equally between the 2 charities.
Helen & Douglas House is a home from home and helps families cope with the challenges of looking after a terminally ill baby or child who will die prematurely. They provide round the clock care in a warm, loving environment and help families create memories in their last days, weeks, months or years together.
Based in Oxfordshire, but supporting families from surrounding counties we care for terminally ill children at the hospice and through our outreach service. At Helen & Douglas House, the world’s first children’s hospice, we care for babies and children up to the age of 18.
Parents, brothers, sisters, and grandparents are all part of the Helen & Douglas House family. At the toughest time of their lives, we give families the time and space to enjoy the precious moments they have left with each other. In the midst of exhaustion and grief, we help them cope with their child’s final days.

FRIENDS OF BISHOP'S ITCHINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL (FoBIPS)
FoBIPS is an important part of the community of our school and our village. Our band of volunteers is committed to supporting our school through fund-raising, community events, and providing experiences for our pupils.
FoBIPS supports the school by running termly discos for pupils, gift rooms for special occasions, bake sales, raffles at the infant nativity and junior play, a welcome BBQ, the Christmas light switch on as well as its two main events: the Summer and Christmas fayres.
Through their fundraising, FoBIPS has been able to supply the school with both experiences such as in-school theatre days, topic exploration days, trips to pantomimes or local historical attractions and equipment such as iPads, a playground pirate ship, a fridge freezer, children’s outdoor gym equipment and various small treats for pupils like ice-pops on sports day.
