Aim
Rather than funding the party we thought a collection for Asylum Link would start the year off right.
For those who don't know Asylum Link Merseyside assists Asylum Seekers and Refugees and raises public awareness around Refugee issues.
Our lovely friend Emma is National Coordinator of the charity and has been instrumental in starting the Refugees Rock group at The Hangar.
The party has cost us a little bit of money to put on, but rather than asking everyone for a contribution to costs we thought it would be nice to start the year off with some giving and do a collection for ALM.
So if you intend to enjoy the party, or have already done so, give what you feel. Donations will close at the end of January.
