Aim
To run weekly breakfast clubs in Coppull, Buttermere and Thornhill, in conjunction with our Good Food Clubs. Providing a warm space/food
Who are we?
SVP Chorley Buddies is an organisation born from the lockdown. We have developed services which aim to help with the worst side effects of the Lockdown.
We provide Phone Buddies, Shopping Buddies, Activity Buddies, Good Food Clubs and support to isolated families.
Community impact
Our services improve the quality of approx. 1200 Chorley citizen's per month.
About 800 people through the Good Food Clubs and the about 400 through Activity Buddy events.
Why are we crowdfunding?
All of this requires funding. We need funds to pay for the Breakfast Clubs. Currently we have engagement from 400 per month for our exercise, craft and Social Lunch Club events.

How we’ll spend the money raised
The money raised will be used to pay rent for the premises we hire and the food for the Breakfast Clubs.
Co-op Warm Spaces Funding Boost has provided £535 of match funding
This project successfully funded on 22nd February 2023
