This global virus may have stopped the world in its tracks but even with millions in isolation, we can still unite and support the most vulnerable in our communities.

On 21st May at 4pm, World Book Day author and illustrator, Rob Biddulph, will unite people around the world in an attempt to break the Guinness World Records title for the largest online art lesson ever. You will be able to create art and donate to fight against Covid-19!

We’ve teamed up with Founders Pledge, world-renowned charity experts to help us assess who and where needs your support the most. 

By donating, you will help stop the spread of the virus, but most importantly - provide support to those affected in different parts of the world. 

We need to secure a healthy future for all, and make sure the next generation is better protected against future pandemics.

RAISE MONEY AND HELP PEOPLE AFFECTED BY COVID-19

Health systems and healthcare providers are under greater pressure. Many of the people who will be hit hardest by the effects of Covid-19 will be those already neglected. 

With so many people affected, our priority was to find a clear approach towards distribution of funding, and invest in the most impactful programmes. To help those forgotten.

To do so, Founders Pledge assessed the effectiveness of a number of programmes around the world, and selected organisations that will help save lives now and in the future.

Your donation will support transparent, cost-effective charities which are addressing issues such as growing poverty and increases in severe depressive disorder, made much more acute by the pandemic and the global lock-down.

You will also contribute towards ongoing research into Covid-19, and ways in which we can stop it from happening again.

• Better understand the pandemic and mitigate its negative effects now and for future generations with Combating COVID-19 Fund

SUPPORT THOSE SUFFERING

• Continue to protect children under the age of 5 from preventable diseases such as malaria ultimately protecting new generations from being forgotten in the light of the new pandemic with The Malaria Consortium.
• Provide financial aid to people living on less than £4 a day with GiveDirectly’s International COVID Response Fund
• Provide relief for someone suffering from severe depressive disorder and protecting the mental health of our emergency services with Action for Happiness and Mind 

PREVENT FUTURE PANDEMICS

• Create much-needed guidance for key decision-makers to help reduce the impact on local communities with the Biosecurity Program.

He’s had over a million households tune in! Now people can join Rob in the bold attempt to officially break the Guinness World Records title for largest online art lesson.

We're in lockdown. Being stuck at home is tough, especially for parents who work, care for and educate kids full time. 

Breaking a Guinness World Records title will be fun! We'll be making history while reinforcing the message #StayAtHome.
