We want to make Cricket accessible to as many girls as possible in the community by providing excellent youth programmes at the club
Club / Community and your support....
Bready CC have been part of the local community since 1938. Our last 2/3 years have been the most difficult phase in the clubs existence, as Covid-19 has impacted adversely on the services we provide foremost. During the this the clubs has worked to support the elderly and vulnerable in the local and wider community via it's Sunday Dinner Programme, when our 'Cricketing Cooks' provided 4500 meals throughout the community. We want to continue supporting all of our members and the community recovering from challenges which Covid has thrown-up such as lost financial revenue streams etc. We are a Clubmark accredited (best practice) club and have a volunteer team who are dedicated and skilled to improve every aspect of the club.

How Covid effected the Club.......
In 2022 thank to Sport NI and your kind donations via Crowdfunder we started a new programme called 'Back in the Game' which was aimed at getting the youth at the club back playing cricket, but in 2023 we want to add new a new aspect to the club and create NEW Girls Teams at the club at U11 and U15 Level.
The programme will include:
Bready CC require support to develop this project which will provide Cricket opportunities for girls in our community with our coaches attending Bready Jubilee Primary School for After Schools sessions for U11's and club sessions for both U11 & U15 Girls, utilising best practice coaching and equipment eg Bowling Machines, protective equipment, Coach Education Courses, for our Youth and Ladies section. These items will allow our best practice coaches to work to develop each child in a safe, fun environment.

There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
3. Offer rewards. Get involved if you are a local business by donating things we can offer to our supporters. We will give you a shout out!
4. If you want to run your own fundraiser to support us, maybe a sponsored activity or similar, use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
