Create an opportunity for the community to have a place where to buy fresh food a competitive price, and learn how to bake goods of any kind

Hi, my names is Maurizio. Chef and baker for over 12 years in London and with my business partner Andrea decided to open our own company.

Maurizio self employed and temporary worker since 2015, head chef and trainings courses.

Andrea over 10 years in hospitality, now working as assistant Manager.

We are Living in New Cross, Bermonsdey areas for the last 3 years.

We are opening a bakery with product locally sourced and a bit of that Italian twist many of us are looking for.

We want avoid those costs going on our customers bill because importation, because we have the same product that is produced in UK.

We want to avoid the fresh low quality product arriving after days in UK, because of border controls.

We want primarily provide a local service, face to face with our neighborhood and avoid 20% or even 30% online delivery fees.

We will provide cooking classes to make fresh pasta, pizza, bread and general baking, at competitive prices especially for locals.

Our target are those people are looking to have enough skills to produce easily their own good with fun at home, or for those willing to learn a professional way to work in any kitchen, for extra shift or with the dream to open their own business.

We will donate excess baked goods to local charities or food banks. This will help reduce food waste and benefit our community.

We will be opening in New Cross road, giving a great service to the neighborhood and the chance to have a place where to learn a professional way to make bread or any bakery product , fresh pasta, with the possibility to choose between gluten free or classic, vegan and keto.

We would like to keep the prices fair for everyone, as cost life is rising, we want to try to give to everyone the possibility to buy fresh quality baked goods

We will produce varieties of bread that usually are not easy to find on the market.
