We’re raising £30K to help Black students & professionals thrive in wellbeing and at work. Join us in investing in Black futures!
Bounce Black is a grassroots social enterprise on a mission to help Black students and professionals thrive holistically.
We know the barriers our community faces: mental health struggles, workplace discrimination, and a lack of support systems that truly understand us. That’s why we create trauma-informed programmes, culturally relevant resources, and brave spaces that centre healing, growth, and career empowerment.
Our small but mighty team is made up of lived experience leaders, interns and volunteers committed to changing the story for Black people in education and employment. We’ve already run impactful events in London and New York, supported dozens of young people, and started conversations that matter.
Now, as we step into our next chapter, we’re raising £30,000 to scale our work:
- Launch more wellbeing and career readiness programmes
- Provide microgrants and mentoring to young Black talent
- Build a sustainable library of free resources
- Host healing-centred community gatherings
This isn’t just about funding us as an organisation, it’s about fuelling a movement. It's about safeguarding the next generation of Black talent. Help us show that Black students and professionals do not have to choose between building generational wealth and cultivating generational wellbeing.
