New stretch target
If we exceed our target and are able to purchase both a bread oven and a coffee machine we would put any additional funding towards a cargo bike for delivering around the Spey Valley.
Mountain Cafe Goes Mobile!
We now deliver our famous breads, cakes and scones throughout the Spey Valley. Demand has increased rapidly and we want to get another bread oven so that we can bake more fresh bread each day. We also know how much you are missing your kick-ass coffee so we'd love to get a coffee machine as well so that we can satisfy your flat white cravings!
We were devastated at having to close our Aviemore premises due to the impact of Covid-19. But we were determined to continue the Mountain Cafe success story so we adapted and began selling bread, cakes and scones from Kj's doorstep in Grantown, baking like crazy in her wee kitchen.
We will shortly be upping our game and moving into an industrial unit in Grantown! A new coffee machine will enable us to resume serving our fabulous coffees and a second bread oven will mean we can meet the increasing demand for fresh bread and make more happy customers - whether locals or visitors.

A unique opportunity to join Kj on a 2 hour tour (for 5 people) of the fabulous Lynbreck Croft. Lyn and Sandra run their croft entirely in tune with nature, rearing livestock, keeping bees and growing crops on a small scale. Kj loves using their inspirational produce (they have their own butchery!) in her cooking. Kj will give a cooking demo using delicious ingredients from the croft and you'll get to talk farming and food with the team!
