Bondholder contributions towards professional advice expenses incurred by the Bondholder Committee prior to FRE Administration.
It is the sole purpose of this Crowdfunder campaign to facilitate the contributions by FRE Bondholders towards the professional advice expenses incurred by Bondholder Committee members during discussions with FRE.
The target fund raise is £20,000 for legal expenses incurred.
Please refer to the Committee email informing you of the crowdfunder campaign for an explanation of the costs involved for which the funds raised here will be used.
Any generous donation will be gratefully received.
This project raises funds for a legal dispute. Neither Crowdfunder nor the project owner can guarantee its outcome, that it will be resolved, or that the amount raised will be enough to see it through. Even a favourable result may be appealed or overturned.
