Net refurbishment at Bollington Cricket Club 

Attention all cricket enthusiasts! 

Who are we? 

Bollington Cricket Club, we’re a thriving cricket community located in the heart of Bollington, we’re reaching out to you for support. Our club has been a hub of the community since the late 1800’s. We are dedicated to providing cricket opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, fostering a love for the game and nurturing young talent. 

Why are we crowdfunding? 

We urgently need your help to raise £3k to rebuild our cricket nets. The total cost of the project is in excess of £40k, thanks to the incredible efforts of the fundraising team, we’re almost there. We’re looking for that final amount to achieve our goal. 

The current nets have deteriorated over time and are no longer safe or suitable for training purposes. This is a critical project for our club, particularly for our junior players who are the future stars of our team and the cricketing community. 

How we’ll spend the money raised?

Your generous contributions will be invested directly into the new net project. This will help ensure the highest safety standards and ensure we provide an optimal training environment for our players. The funds will be added to the project pot to and will help with all aspects of the purchase, installation, and maintenance of the nets, ensuring they remain in top condition for years to come.
