We are looking for funding to record our new radio-play musical, Bluff.
THE PLAN:
BLUFF is a new musical comedy, 3 years in the making. Creatively, we feel the work is now ready to be produced, but the COVID-19 pandemic has presented us with various challenges.
Whilst we had originally envisioned a traditional in-person staging, this has now become significantly more costly and logistically complicated, and we've now re-imagined the piece as a radio drama. We plan to make a full recording; complete with a cast of strong comic actors and full orchestral backing.
We are looking for investment in order to cover:
THE SHOW:
BLUFF is a madcap, surreal, musical comedy about one honest man who grows up in a world where everyone lies. We follow his journey as he navigates this strange and colourful universe, full of larger-than-life characters and peculiar situations. Amidst all the madness, it becomes clear that our hero must come to terms with his own dark secret, as the world starts to unravel around him…
