Community group opposing the Blue Lake Road plans and campaigning to stop further unsuitable development in Knowle and Dorridge.
We’re a group of local residents united against the proposed Blue Lake Road development — and the risk it poses to the character, heritage, and green spaces of Knowle and Dorridge.
This isn’t just about one site. Approving the Blue Lake Road plans could open the door to further large-scale developments across our area, permanently changing the landscape and putting even more pressure on local infrastructure, schools, and roads.
We believe in sustainable, well-planned growth that respects our community and environment — not uncontrolled expansion.
