Replacing the Giant Waving Flags

Do you remember the giant waving flags that we had. Unfortunately they went missing around 2017/18 and we want to replace them!

In 2015 the Black Bank began as a movement of passionate Doncaster Rovers supporters housed in the South Stand.

When the movement began we successfully crowd funded over £1000 to buy flags, materials and other items to help create an atmosphere within the Keepmoat Stadium.

One of the items that was purchased from the initial money raised was a was two giant  waving flags that we used to wave at the bottom of the South Stand. Unfortunately, around 2017/2018 time these flags went missing and after numerous appeals on social media, as of 2021 still have not turned up.

Therefore we are crowdfunding in order to replace these flags after relaunching Black Bank properly this season.

The money raised will go to paying for at least two new flags, which will measure approximately 3 m x 3 m in size, and any associated shipping costs from overseas.
Any surplus money raised will be split evenly between the black bank for future displays etc and the charity Andy’s Man Club.
