Help Fund the Pilot Episode of Bin Nights

by Anna Stevens, Scarlett Garner & Freddie Whinney

Bin Nights is a gritty, off-beat sitcom about (primarily) three young creatives living in chaotic proximity in London. Told through stylised visuals and humorous storytelling, the series explores themes of queerness, identity, and relationships. The energy is authentic and vibrant, capturing a world of messy friendships and emotional entanglements that feels intimate, raw, and real.

What’s It About?

In the pilot, we’re introduced to Genie, Flick and Ruby - flatmates navigating the everyday chaos of London life. Over the course of one long evening, tensions bubble, dynamics shift, and the group’s tangled web of relationships is quietly exposed.

It’s about the messiness of friendship - what we put up with, what we hold onto, and what happens when emotional chaos meets bin night.

Why We’re Making It

We’ve created Bin Nights as the first episode of an eight-part sitcom - a raw, character-driven exploration of relationships and identity. We’ve written characters that feel real - vulnerable, chaotic, funny, and flawed.

We’re currently raising funds to shoot the pilot episode, which we’ll be taking to film festivals and using to secure support for full series production. Your support will help us pay cast, crew, locations, equipment, post-production and everything in between.
