To raise money in support of our team's participation in #BigSleep2024
Providing more than 60 hours of support over 7 days a week, our Supported Living team specialise in the field, with a bespoke ‘Passport to Independent Living’ programme that continues to be the cornerstone of their work.
They're ALSO taking part in this years #BigSleep2024 on Oct 18th at Hebburn Football Club!
