Who We Are – Bianca Road Brew Co
Bianca Road Brew Co is an independent brewery based in Bermondsey, London, nestled within the heart of the city’s famous Bermondsey Beer Mile. Since opening our doors in 2016, we’ve become a proud part of London’s vibrant craft beer community, brewing bold, flavourful beers that celebrate the best of modern brewing.
Our brewery is located in a spacious double-fronted railway arch on Enid Street, where we also operate a lively taproom. This space is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s a hub for beer lovers, locals, and visitors alike. With a rotating lineup of fresh beers pouring directly from our tanks, regular events featuring live music and DJs, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, our taproom is a place where people come together to enjoy great beer and great company.
At Bianca Road, we focus on producing hop-forward, West Coast-style pale ales, IPAs, and lagers. Our beers are known for their bright, crisp, and refreshing profiles, brewed with an uncompromising commitment to quality and flavour. Whether it’s a classic IPA, a punchy pale ale, or a light, crushable lager, each beer is brewed with care, creativity, and a passion for sharing something special with our community.

Q: What happens with you don't reach your target.
A: We do not have reach our 20k target (would be nice!). Any money raised we can invest in our taproom. You lovely people get a double bar tap.
Q: How long do I have to spend my bar tab.
A: Indefinite. But it won't last long with our tasty beers!
