Sebastian, Leo & Kitty's 5km round Arthur's Seat

As a family, we have been saddened to hear of the Edinburgh Dog and Cat home's financial struggles and recent cuts in staff and services due to the coronavirus pandemic that have had to be sacrificed in order for the EDCH to survive. Throughout our years living in Edinburgh, we have come to know what a vital service this is for the community, for cat and dog welfare, safe re-homing of vulnerable pets and pet boarding services.

Those of you who know Sebastian, Leo and Kitty will know that they are wee kids with big hearts. They have decided they would like to use their recent running training to try to raise money for a good cause. 

Sebastian (almost 10), Leo (almost 6) and Kitty (4) have set a challenge to run the 5km around Queen's Drive in Edinburgh (the road up and around Arthur's Seat) on Saturday 29th August 2020. Though they are used no running, this incline will be a significant challenge, but definitely one they will love and will no doubt smash.

Any donations, even a wee pound of pocket money will be gratefully received and will cheer them on and give them a real sense of making a difference during tough times.
