Be Home Soon Edinburgh Fringe

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is a fantastic way to get new work seen by wider audiences from across the country and the world, as well as garnering some valuable insight into what putting on a professional show entails. 

‘Be Home Soon’ is a new play written by University of Manchester student, Liliana Newsam-Smith which explores the beauty and fragility of living in a transient world. What does it mean to know someone else but also what does it mean to really know yourself? How much can we ever know anyone?

It will be being performed by Arran Kemp, Natalia Leaper and Evie Carricker at Greenside, Infimary Street from the 4th-14th August, with design by Emily Puddephatt and sound design by Sofia Armella. However, we cannot fund the cost of the Fringe registration, or the venue ourselves.

We had the most incredible experience the first time we performed this show and are very excited to see the responses at the Fringe. It would mean so much to us all if you could donate whatever you can to help us get there and continue developing this piece of work!

All money raised through this page will go towards the cost of our venue and our Fringe registration fee. If we break our target, we will put the extra money towards what we will need to spend on expensive Edinburgh accommodation, travel up to the festival and any new set and prop items that we need. Every penny really does help!
