Bedale Community Fireworks

Aim
Supporting Bedale's famous Fireworks Night to enable this wonderful event to continue running.
Bedale's Fireworks Night is renowned as one of the best in the North East, and has been a highlight in the town's calendar for over 30 years. The display provided by Reaction Fireworks is superb and the atmosphere second to none!
This year's event is on Saturday 7th November, with the Park open from 5.30pm for refreshments and entertainment ahead of the display at 7pm.
The event costs around £20,000 per year - as well as the firwworks we have to pay for barriers, portaloos, medical cover, insurance, etc. The event is underwritten by Bedale Town Council, but most of the money usually comes from public donations. However, with the event busier than ever and less people carrying cash, our bucket collections have been down over the last couple of years.
So, if you are going to come and enjoy the fireworks, and if you can afford it, please chuck a few quid into our virtual bucket!
