Beastie Revolution: A Gala Event

We are planning a special event to celebrate Beastie Boys and show our love and respect to Adam Yauch. 

It is an unofficial not-for-profit event by and for Beastie Boys fans and we want you to be a part of it!  

Our Gala Event will be held at The Alder Bar, Kelham Island, Sheffield on Saturday 16th July 2022, afternoon until late.

We're excited to announce that the event will include a special live performance by Beast Decoys - Europe's Number One Tribute to Beastie Boys

DJ Woody will be performing a special Beastie Boys inspired 45s set. 

One of Mix Master Mike's favourite DJs, described as "the best DJ in the world" by Hudson Mohawke and labelled a genius by Q Bert, 2 times world champion DJ Woody is one of the UK's most influential turntablists.

Other acts and attractions will include:

This Crowdfunder is to raise the money we need to put on the event by selling an initial run of tickets.  If we don't meet the target, the event may not go ahead (money will be refunded via Crowdfunder in those circumstances). 

This is an opportunity to buy your ticket at a special early bird price along with exclusive extras - Please read the important information about purchasing a ticket below.  

We will also use the event to raise money for charities:

Peace Sisters  help girls in Togo empower themselves through reliable access to education.

Western Park Cancer Charity provide support to people receiving treatment for cancer as well as supporting research and clinical trials. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*UPDATE - our project target is met and the event will be going ahead thanks to all our supporters.   Remaining tickets will be going on general sale very soon - details will be posted here and on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

If you want to purchase a ticket please click on 'support us' then select the 'Reward' you want.  

The very first release is an extremely limited option to purchase an early bird ticket with a free event event programme and sticker.  This will be the best value ticket available [this option is SOLD OUT]. 

Once these are sold out further 'rewards' will be added which will include tickets with or without an event programme.  

All tickets released through this Crowdfunder will cost less than when they go on general sale. 

Please note, under 18s must be accompanied by ticket holding Adult.  A limited number of free under 18s tickets will be available in the next ticket release.  Please contact us if you want to reserve an under 18s ticket with your early bird ticket. 

You will need to keep your confirmation email from Crowdfunder as proof of purchase for entry. 

If you like the sound of the event, but cannot attend and want to support us please feel free to contribute using the 'donate' button,  and know that you will have helped put on something special!  If the target is met, 10% of any money raised through the donate button (not the rewards) will be reserved for our chosen charities.  There will also be charity fundraising activities on the day.
