BCPD Trust is inspiring young people into Careers, Business and Sports. We need your help to develop new training courses and continue offering our charitable services to young people.

BCPD Trust provides mentoring through our professional voluntary members; guidance, information and support for youngsters who want to achieve something in life. This is a UK registered charity (Reg No. 1158134) managed by experienced professionals from Engineers to Lawyers who want to help the next generation from their community succeed in life and establish reputable and skilled profession.

The Trust is currently working with the community and young youths in Luton and surrounding areas operating from its office in Britannia House, Luton, UK.
Listed below are some of the key areas we are helping youngsters;

Our website www.bcpdt.org.uk provides full details of our activities, career profiles of professional members, information about different career paths, job offers, links to information portals and training opportunities.

In 2014 we organised a social community networking event for 160 guests and held a Young Entrepreneurs Competition inspirng new innovative business ideas. Our guests included Mr Anwar Choudhury – British Ambassador to Peru, Mrs Sabrina Hussain - CEO of NTV, Mr Mark West - CEO of Bedfordshire & Luton Community Foundation, Mr A Bari – Director of Royal Regency, Mrs Parvin Begum – Director of Crescent Hall, Dr John Beaumont-Kerridge - Acting Associate Dean at University of Bedforsdhsire, Luton Mayor Cllr Mohammed Farooq, Entrepreneurs and Community People.

We established the Luton Online business Innovation Centre and Sports Club. To date over 300 people requested information or advice on how to setup a new online business. There are over 100 people accessing our business knowledge portal on a regular basis. There are many young entrepreneurs applying for a business solutions package to enable them to start-up a new business. Many people completing training courses on IT, Life Skills Learning and finding work as a result.

We are organising regular sports activities every two weeks for young people including outdoor expeditions and camping trips. In 2015 we are planning a laser warfare team building event aswell as a climbing expedition to the top of Snowdon in Wales. Our plan is to develop new training courses and continue offering our existing support and services to young people.

Our Organisation
Executive Members These members manage BCPD Trust and consist of voluntary positions held by founders and members. Left to right in the picture below.

Professional Members These members really want to provide mentoring and other support to the next generation in their community.
Community Members The backbone of the trust is the community members who rally support, raise funds and organise events to support our cause and raise awareness.
Junior Members These members actively encourage young youths in their local community to engage and get involved with BCPD Trust activities.
We have 22 active volunteer Community, Professional and Junior members supporting our regular activities. They are professionals from many disciplines such as engineers, teachers, solicitors, community leaders and students with a wealth of skills and experience to support our Trust. The Trust has over 80 registered members who provide various level of support.
Decisions about organisation operation, strategy and development is done by the executive committee and supported by members. All members engage in discussions around new ideas and proposals to improve the operation and services offered by the organisation during.
If we raise £2,500:
That will really help the Trust and your funding of £2,500 will go towards the operational costs of the Luton Online Business Innovation Centre for 3 months.
If we raise £5,000:
That will be a great help and your funding of £5,000 will go towards the operational costs of the Luton Online Business Innovation Centre for 6 months.
If we raise £10,000:
That will be an amazing support and your funding of £10,000 will go towards the operational costs of the Luton Online Business Innovation Centre for 12 months.
