Aim
To continue to look after the community garden and help fund our annual program of events.
Battlefield Community Project was established in 2009. It began life as a party in Lochleven Lane to bring neighbours together. The community saw a derelict site and decided to turn it into a vibrant, productive community space. We are a voluntary organisation, we maintain the garden and we plan and organise a series of community events: the street party, lantern parade, spring clean up and christmas ceilidh and carols. We are entirely run by unpaid volunteers who's motivation is to make our community a lovely, well connected one.
