Help Us Power Margot Sustainably
Hi everyone, we’re Matt and Jonathan from World Pizza, a mobile pizza business based in Plymouth.
Since 2016, we’ve been serving wood-fired, sourdough Neapolitan pizzas from our two trucks, Bella and Margot.
Bella is already running on a clean battery and solar system. This means no noisy generator, lower running costs, and a much smaller carbon footprint.
Margot, however, is still using a generator and it has reached the end of its life.
Instead of replacing it with another diesel generator, we want to upgrade Margot to the same quiet, renewable system, but we need your help.
The cost is £6,500, quoted by a trusted local company, Batteries and Solar in Plymouth.
With rising costs across the board, it has been difficult to invest in major upgrades, even with a full calendar ahead.
Your support will help us cut fossil fuel use, remove generator noise, and run cleaner, greener events.
