Aim
We are raising money to buy items to support our Monday night outreach for those on the streets in Bath city centre
Who We Are: Bath Street Kitchen started on 1st March 2024 to listen and feed those on the streets of Bath, many of whom are homeless. Some of us had volunteered for other soup runs but noticed that there was a real need for a Monday night provision in the city.
What We Do: Every Monday, come rain or shine, we walk around the city and provide homemade hot meals, cake, cold/hot drinks, clothes and dog food. We see a mixture of men and women, generally anywhere between 35-50 people - our numbers are increasing. We listen to those who often never feel heard, and this goes a long way.
We Need Your Help! We rely solely on fundraising and donations from the public. We need help to buy items such as the following:
Hot chocolate, coffee and cups
Bottles of water
Cartons of juice
Cans of drinks
Ingredients to make hot meals & cakes
Socks (must be new)
Boxer shorts (must be new)
Ladies knickers (must be new)
If we haven't had sufficient donations of the following we also buy:
Tracksuit bottoms
Hoodies and fleeces
Fingerless gloves
Woolly hats and caps
