Community Pizza Oven

Aim

Please support the final stage of building a pizza oven as a communal resource for the neighbourhood in the Bay Tree Community Allotment.

As part of the first phase of developing a community space in the Bay Tree Community Allotments (located at the bottom of Hampton View in Fairfield Park), we are building a handmade pizza oven. The pizza oven will be the first of multiple stages to develop a friendly, welcoming outdoor space we all can utilise as much as possible.

The majority of the materials have been donated or collected for free from the community which has allowed us to save hundreds of GBP in the process. We now need to raise a final £200 to be able to purchase the fireproof materials to make the top of the oven safe and secure. Any funds raised over £200 will go directly towards further developing the community area. 

We’re so close to having pizza parties and fireside chats. If you’re willing to contribute towards this community resource, please do. No donation is too big or too small and all support is welcome and appreciated.
