We need to raise funds to upgrade the floodlights and carry out essential drainage work in preparation for next season.
We are a community-owned football club, run by and for our supporters. Everything we do depends on volunteers, goodwill, and the belief that football belongs at the heart of the community in Bath.
Right now, we’re asking for your help to raise money to keep the lights on at Twerton Park and to carry out essential drainage improvement before the end of the season.
Thanks to the incredible support from our community through this crowdfunder and generous offline contributions, we have now secured the funding needed to unlock the floodlight grant. This means the new floodlights can go ahead, with work scheduled to begin May 2026.
The response from supporters and sponsors has been fantastic and shows how much the club means to the community.
This season has shown the impact of poor drainage in one area of the pitch, with fixtures affected by wet weather. To prepare for next season, our next priority is to address this. Without it, the quality of football, reliability of fixtures, and the matchday experience are all at risk.
Your support has already helped us secure the grant to replace the two outdated south-side pylons, install new LED floodlights, improve reliability, visibility, and consistency of lighting.
Now the focus is on carrying out essential drainage work in the most affected corner of the pitch, a £20,000 project that will reduce the risk of cancelled matches. This is the first step in a wider, phased plan to improve the entire pitch over time.
Your support can help us improve the playing surface, upgrade drainage and get the club ready for next season
