We are running this prize draw to raise money to help with urgent repairs and improvements to Barningham's Grade II Listed Church.

The Cause
Barninghan Church has been a focal point in the village for centuries and now needs some essential maintenance to secure its future for the community.
Its first recorded date was in 1213 with the rector William de Ridale. Over the years it has relied on the community to raise funds for its future security and for future generations. The money raised will help to restore some serious issues. The lead on the tower roof needs replacing and the guttering and the drainpipes need repairing. Repointing and internal decoration is also needed. There is no water supply to the church and at the moment water has to be carried down a very long path. We hope enough money will be raised to provide a toilet and a small kitchenette.
