This year the BAK Foundation has organised the 100 mile York minster challenge in aid of Forget me not children's hospice & Leeds Minds....


This year the BAK Foundation has organised the 100 mile York minster challenge in aid of Forget me not children's hospice & Leeds Minds. Following on from the success of our previous two charity bike rides, we aim to make this event bigger than ever before.

The total ride will consist of 100 miles starting and finishing at our offices in Pudsey.

OUR EVENT:

When? The event will take place on 11th September 2022

Where? The event will start at the BAK Foundation Head Office in Pudsey and we will head out towards Whetherby, York, Selby and back into Pudsey.

Target: £3000

Who are Forget me not children's hospice?

Forget me not are a pioneering children’s hospice who never stop looking for new and better ways to support local children and families. They are here for any family confronted with the news that their child has a life-shortening condition – from as early as pregnancy onwards. Find out more about why Forget me not are so different, and why they depend on the community to help us make magic happen.

Who are Leeds Mind?

The aim of Leeds Mind is to help people build on their strengths, overcome obstacles, and become more in control of their lives. Leeds Mind promotes positive mental health and wellbeing, and provides help and support to those who need it. They offer many services, including: counselling, group therapy, social support, peer support, social prescribing, employment support, suicide bereavement support, and mental health training.
