Launch Bad Vs Evil - a brand new theatre company!

Aim

It's time to launch Bad Vs Evil, a brand new theatre company that will produce outstanding new comedy in the south west and nationwide!

Bad Vs Evil is a brand new theatre company formed by Harry Humberstone and Andrew Kingston. We have collaborated together since 2012, on comedies at The Wardrobe Theatre, including Oedipuss In Boots, Goldilock, Stock and Three Smoking Bears, Kirk Vs Ming, Nachos, and the cult classic Muppits Die Hard.

Now we want to start our own company. We've always wanted to take our comedy across the country, and having our own company will enable us to do that. With your help, we can make our first show together as Bad Vs Evil in our spiritual home of The Wardrobe Theatre, Bristol, and then in 2020, tour that show throughout the UK, and hopefully beyond.

We need your help to get us off the ground, with your support, we can -

* Build a website to help us grow and market our work - we need to pay a website designer, and to register and host the site

* Design a logo, posters, flyers and other merchandise - we need to pay for a graphic designer to help us make an impact straight away

* Research and Develop our first show Vet. Detective - we need to hire a space for around 1 week, pay our actors, composers, and ourselves!

* Fund Vet. Detective. which opens at The Wardrobe Theatre in July / August this year. This crowdfunder will contribute to the production budget, along with box office receipts and, hopefully, funding from Arts Council England.

The money will enable us to collaborate with the brilliant actors, composers and designers that we want, to take our debut show to the next level.
