Aim

Provide disabled children and young adults the opportunities to play football competitively in a league, socialise and have fun.

BACL is a pan disability football league who have Junior leagues U11, U14 & U18 and Adult leagues at League, Championship, Premier and Premier Elite 7V7 plus 11V11.

We are the only venue in the UK to offer all these opportunities to footballers who have a disability which prevents them playing mainstream football.

BACL has special dispensation from the FA to allow mixed gender teams therefore inclusion for all. BACL receives no funding and needs to raise £12 000 annually as we run 42 Sunday  tournaments involving 32 teams and with 300 plus players ranging from 8 years to 61 years of all abilities from complete novices to players who have represented their Country.

BACL has been running for 14 years and last season saw us pass our 10 000th match all our Officials are CRC Checked and FA Qualified, we have no sponsor so please donate to keep our league alive.

To most of our players this is their only outlet in life where they can mix and make friends that last for a lifetime as they feel safe in our friendly environment. We play our matches at Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club B13 0PT.

PLEASE SUPPORT US AT BACL. THE DISABLED CHILDREN WE WORK WITH NEED YOUR HELP.

Birmingham FA:  It gives OPPORTUNITIES for people with disabilities, it allows people to have ASPIRATIONS in the game whether that’s playing, coaching, refereeing and remember FOOTBALL IS FOR ALL.

Aston Villa: The BACL is the perfect environment for our players to fulfil their abilities and build on and improve their self-esteems.

Solihull Moors: I would say BACL football provides our players with competition, along with lots of enjoyment and the opportunity to grow friendship & experiences that will last a lifetime.

Sky Blues in the community: The BACL is a very important part of the Sky Blues in the Community's Disability offer and gives the players a great opportunity to be part of a team/play competitively.

Leamington FC: BACL offers inclusion and opportunities for disabled footballers.

Craig Mathews: It means the world to me and all the players because it's somewhere were they can play Football feel at ease and not be judged by others. It's where they can express themselves through playing the game of Football in team with their peers and feel relaxed and be able to compete a fair level of Football.

Birmingham Impact Football Club: All kids should be given the opportunity to enjoy playing football, regardless of their abilities and the BACL provides this.
