Our priority is to redouble our efforts to build an ‘active recovery’ for all making it easy and fun for them to get back into football

Why We need Your Support
Since the easing of lockdown, not all our members have returned to club participation activity. This is likely to have significant negative impacts on their physical, social and emotional development.
TW Braga feel it is vital that children’s health, fitness and wellbeing are placed at the heart of our recovery efforts and every single child is given every opportunity to be active again.
Our priority is on redoubling of our efforts to build an ‘active recovery’ for all children, making it easy and fun for them to get back into football.
We are focussed on providing our past, current and future members with accessible and inclusive football provision.
Back in the Game is about re-energising our club, coaches, volunteers, parents and most especially our young footballers. We want to increase provision and support for all age groups across the club; encourage the continued expansion of girl’s football and of course continue to increase access to our disability teams.
To re-energise our young footballers, we need everyone connected with the club to help us fundraise. Our target is £10,000. We need to raise £5,000 ourselves and Sport NI will match our efforts, therefore doubling our fundraising total.

About TW Braga
If you are just hearing about us for the first time, let us tell you a little about our club.
TW Braga offers a full academy for all children to get top class coaching and education while playing competitive games on a weekly basis. We provide teams for children aged 6 and above.
TW Braga were established in 2013 linking up with SC Braga in Portugal. The main reason behind this was to be a club that wasn’t attached to a specific club or area in Northern Ireland so it would be open to everyone. Yet, we wanted to have the status of being attached to a professional club to add to the elite level surrounding the club.

We currently have over 100 members who view their club as not just aplace to train and play matches. There are fantastic opportunities to socialise with boys and girls of your own age, from similar and different backgrounds, religions and beliefs. with a
As a club, we are not affiliated with either Protestant or Catholic beliefs. We are dedicated to Football. We warmly welcome players from all communities and have diverse range of nationalities playing at our club. . The sport of football allows this to happen. We provide a number of opportunities through life skill events bringing groups together and interacting.

Why TW Braga?
We invest in our staff, our coaches and volunteers to ensure your child has access to some of the best coaching in the country. Too much focus in todays under age game is on playing in a certain league or at a certain club. We encourage parents to invest their time ensuring their child receives the education in the game with experienced coaches, pretty much in the same way you select your child's school.

Why we need to fundraise.
In order to continue to expand our club with new members and re-engage those who have yet to return after Lockdown, we need to invest in new equipment, cover the rising costs of training facilities and to offer more of our coaches the opportunity to attain Grade C UEFA coaching licences.
This is why we need your help and support. Please donate what you can to secure the future of our club
