Back in Ilkley // Brewery & Tap Room Re-united

Aim: Help Bini Brew Co to re-unite its brewery and tap room, back under one roof the heart of Ilkley

We are Bini Brew Co…

…a growing micro brewery and tap room in West Yorkshire.

Bini was created by father and son team James and Nick, and named after the family cat. Together with Georgie, Eddie and our fantastic bar team we are team Bini.

For 3 years we brewed in Ilkley

And now the brewery and tap room are going to be united Back in Ilkley

We are looking to raise £35,000 to move our brewery and tap room back to Ilkley where it belongs.

Since 2023 our brewery has been located in Leeds, and we’ve loved our time there - we’ve grown the brand and increased sales beyond recognition. But Ilkley is where our heart is.

The support for our Tap House in the town during that time has been beyond belief and we couldn’t be more grateful for that. It has become a true social hub where people have made new friends whilst enjoying our relaxed, laid-back vibe. Thanks to the fabulous residents of Ilkley, we've built a tribe of customers-turned-friends and pets who've become family.

Exciting News: Our brewery is coming home!

But now we are thrilled that Bini Brew Co is returning to its original home in Ilkley! We have secured a larger venue that will enable us to bring both the brewery and the Bini Tap Room together under one roof.

We are now going to call Little Lane, in the heart of Ilkley, our new home for the brewery and the tap room. Once again you’ll be able to drink our beer just feet from where it is brewed, in a beautiful building which could have been designed for us.

Our new building in Ilkley has everything we've been dreaming of:

• An ideal space for our brew kit
• More space for more customers
• Enclosed outdoor seating 
• A lovely red brick interior harking back to our original pop-up taproom
• Space for live music & street food 
• Two bathrooms!

There we‘ll bring our legendary Bini vibes to life, regularly welcoming fabulous street food vendors and hosting occasional live music for a great festival atmosphere.

A social hub

We want the new tap room to carry on the tradition of being a fantastic social hub for all – a place to meet with family, friends and pets to enjoy our fantastic beer, and that all of us at Bini Brew, and everyone in the amazing town of Ilkley, can be proud of!

Your help needed!

We just need a little bit of help. We have to invest in moving our brewing  equipment, augmenting the electricity supply, installing a hygienic brewing floor and drainage, and a whole host of other infrastructure , not to mention kitting out the bar, comfortable furniture inside and out, glowing-up the new toilets (yes, there will be more than one!) and just making the place feel like home for all of us.

All donations are equally welcome and appreciated, however, the higher the pledge the more we’re able to give back.

• You will receive a reward card which will be pre-loaded with the amount of your bar tab, so redeeming it couldn't be easier in any Bini Tap Room.
• Cards will be available to collect from the Bini Tap House at Drill Hall, East Parade, Ilkley from Friday 20 June 2025.

• To redeem a discount on Bini beer, just show your reward card at the bar in any Bini Tap Room, or enter the card‘s number in the online shop
• Beer discount for life cannot be used in conjunction with the bar tab rewards.
