Please Help Us Keep Supporting Our Community
As many of you may have heard, due to unforeseen circumstances, Baby Box Isle of Wight (also known as Ventnor Community Pantry and Ventnor Community Foodbank) has suddenly found itself without premises.
We are doing everything we can to continue delivering emergency help and support to our community, but operating without a base is proving extremely challenging. We are now appealing to the amazing Island community for support during this difficult time.
This campaign will help us with the additional costs we are facing now and move towards a more secure setup for the future.
To keep our services running, we urgently need to raise funds to cover essential ongoing costs, including:
Stock and supplies
The cost of securing new premises or a storage unit
Moving and relocation expenses
Any financial contribution, large or small, would be hugely appreciated and will enable us to continue supporting those who need us most.
In 2025 alone:
Baby Box was visited 2,445 times by service users
We distributed over 2,000 packs of nappies
We received 1,500+ requests for children’s clothing
We gave away 95 prams and 69 cots
All of our services are free of charge and available to anyone in need.
