BABS Care Safe Room gives anyone in danger a safe 24/7 place with instant access to help, protection, and community support when needed most

In the heart of Birmingham, a small idea grew into something powerful.

Tom, a local security specialist, kept meeting people who felt unsafe with nowhere to turn. One night, after helping someone in distress, he realised something was missing in the community — a place where anyone in danger could go, day or night.

That’s how BABS Care was born.

Starting with one safe room, powered by professional security systems and community support, BABS Care became a beacon of hope. If someone was scared, lost, or needed help, they could step inside, lock the door, and be instantly connected to support.

Word spread. Volunteers joined. Local people donated equipment. The project grew into a community-run mission to keep everyone safe.
