Aim
Last year I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis
The last 3.5 years my health deteriorated and at my worst in August 2024 I was either bed bound with agonising joint pain and fatigue or having to use a walking stick to move around. In August 2024 I was finally diagnosed with Psoriasis and Psoriatic axial spondyloarthritis. Up to this point I had been taking endless pain relief, going to chiropractors, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy.. you name it, I tried it. All of this was happening yet I couldn’t afford to stop working. Now I’m in a much better, healthier and stronger place physically and mentally, I’m doing this now because I couldn’t back then. I want to fundraise to give back and say thank you to all my friends, family and most importantly the health workers who kept me going in my hardest times. This is for them :)
