Aim: BA High Flight is a pilot charity that challenges disadvantage through the medium of flight.
BA High Flight is a pilot charity that challenges disadvantage through the medium of flight. The charity gives access and opportunity to aviation for individuals whose situation or circumstance wouldn't otherwise allow it.
The charity was established +20yrs ago and through pilot donation and payroll giving has a successful history supporting various organisations including Flying Scholarships For Disabled People. This gives flying tutorage to disabled students and aims to challenge and inspire; building up confidence, self-esteem and future aspirations. It has proved to be incredibly successful and rewarding for the students, guiding and pushing them to accomplish life changing achievements.
BA Highflight is now looking ahead to the next 20 years. We will need your help to continue to challenge the perceptions and limitations of who can take to the skies. BA pilots haven’t just taught 40 disabled people to fly, they have given them back their independence, self belief and pride. Let’s do 40 more!
