Songs and sketches based on the 10 commandments to help families and churches to grow in love for God and the people he has made.
Awesome Cutlery is all about helping families worship Jesus together.
Why the 10 Commandments?
For the last 2000 years the 10 commandments have been a core part of what Christian parents have taught their children - not just as a list of rules to keep, but as God’s revelation to his rescued people of what he is like, how he’s made us to live and ultimately pointing to Jesus.
Our Team
Awesome Cutlery is Gareth Loh and Dan Adams. We are both dads and church pastors who love writing songs full of bible truth for all ages.
For this project, we've teamed up with Sam and Tom Brewster, some of the songwriters behind Joyful Noise. We're delighted to be working with Dan and Matt Weeks again, who produced our previous albums, and Jon Bradley at ninefootone, our graphic designer.
Budget
We're aiming to raise £14,000 to cover the cost of recording and releasing this album, which will be released on CD and digital platforms. This includes budget to make lyric videos and sheet music, which we make available for free download.
Timing
This crowdfunder lasts for 6 weeks, ending on Saturday 21 November.
Late November - January: Recording, mixing, mastering, visual development
January - March: Lyric videos, devotional materials, sheet music, preparing for physical and digital release.
We'd love to have the album ready for Easter 2027, and to fulfil the rewards below soon after.
