Barry Fish - Supper Club 

We’re so excited to announce our chef for the supper club will be @chefbarrybryson! Join us for a special dining experience in the Telling Hall with a bespoke menu prepared by Barry and paired wines from @mistral_leith. 



Barry is motivated and inspired by Scotland’s natural larder, creating seasonal menus that combine traditional and contemporary cooking techniques. He skilfully takes restaurant concepts and fine dining to the events platform, showcasing his modern Scottish food in a variety of unique venues and events spaces across Scotland, the rest of the UK and internationally.
