Singing to raise funds for Crisis at Christmas, to help those less fortunate - the combined One Aviva Christmas Carol
We currently have Aviva Choirs in York, Norwich, and London.
While we can't easily get together in person, we wanted to create a One Aviva performance for Christmas, and saw this as a great opportunity to support a worthy cause.
Singing has a really positive impact on your physical and mental health, and is a great way to do something mindful during the working day. It supports breath control which is good for managing stress and anxiety. Singing also releases all those positive chemicals - endorphins, dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin!
Our Choirs, like many of the clubs and events in Aviva, are run by passionate colleagues for the benefit of others. All are welcome to join, so if you want to get involved or know more, please contact:
York - Debbie Bullock or Kate Clarkson - meets Tuesdays, 12-1pm (usually in WR6 Boardroom, sometimes WR2 Agora).
Norwich - Rebecca Paterson or Jaimee Rowe - meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12.30-1.30pm
London - Lee Callaghan or Derek Walker - meets Thursday at 12pm (Level 3 Wellness Centre) except in school holidays.
Thank you to the business site leads for supporting this idea, and to anyone who donates. We will leave this page open until Twelfth Night- the 5th of January 2026.
