Co-op Warm Spaces Funding Boost has provided £1,000 of match funding
We invite cold autistic people and offer them a warm space, to get warm and have something to eat. Our project is based at 1 Selway Court.
We are a community group that helps homeless autistic people. We invite them somewhere to our warm space where they can warm and have some food. We run the project out of 1 Selway Court in Deal but hope to expand our work further and book another venue. Homeless autistic people are given food and allowed to warm up with us.

It’s important to explain the wider impact of your organisation for the whole community, who does it benefit.
The scheme benefits the whole community because they see homeless people being looked after. It allows the whole community to feel good.
This is where you should explain the reason you need to raise money. How is your organisation or community impacted by the cost of living crisis?
We are struggling with rising food and energy prices.

It’s important to be transparent about how you plan to spend the money you raise. Your audience will be more likely to make a pledge if they can see how their donation will help.
We will spend it on heating for our warm space and for food.
