Aim: Fund 30 new mentors to expand our employment hub and support more neurodivergent young adults into financially independent adulthood.

Who are we, and what is our project about?

We mentor autistic and ADHD young people into suitable employment and support them into a financially independent adulthood.  We are a non-profit organisation, and are founded on lived-experience, where all of our staff are neurodivergent or caring for someone who is.  We have already secured financial well-being through employment for 85% of our participants, but are wanting to expand our service and make it more sustainable in the long-run.

Why are we crowdfunding?

We are crowdfunding to fund 30 new mentors to join our team.  The money raised will cover their initial background checks, DBS checks, safeguarding and induction training.  This will allow us to make the service have greater reach and be more sustainable in the long-term.

How we’ll spend the money raised

£30 funds a DBS check for a new volunteer

£75 funds initial training for a new volunteer

£150 supports a young person with mentoring for a year

How you can help

There are three simple ways to get involved and support our project:

1. Make a donation

Every pledge gets us closer to our goal. Early support can help build momentum and inspire others to give too.

2. Spread the word

Share our project with friends, family and your wider network. The more people we reach, the more likely we are to succeed.

3. Volunteer with us (optional – remove if not relevant)

If you’d like to get involved, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch through the ‘Contact’ section using the subject "I want to volunteer my time or expertise" on our project page.
