Please support Authentic Seaglass and help me to design new unique seaglass jewellery. Take a look at the fantastic rewards available.
Located in the North-East of England (The land of the Prince Bishops) where I started my business, Authentic Sea Glass in 2009.

Now recognised as a professional designer where I make the most beautiful, unique pieces of Jewellery. The Seaglass is collected from beaches around the North East into turned into individual pieces of jewellery to be enjoyed.

To locate the seaglass shards I work right on the water’s edge, watching as the next wave breaks, hoping for the next piece of seaglass to be given to the shore by the sea. I have only seconds to grab it before the next wave returns it back to the sea. After many hours of working the shoreline, I slowly gather a variety of beautiful Victorian English seaglass in plain & multi colours.

Once I arrive home I start the long slow process of sorting all the collected seaglass into colours and sizes The real magic of seaglass is each piece is unique. The most stimulating part of sorting the pieces is imagining what exquisite pieces of jewellery I can create from them. Drilling the glass is a slow and delicate process – it can be heart-breaking if the glass fractures when working with it.

Combining and contrasting the colours and textures of the seaglass with sterling silver has allowed me to bring intricate detail to each unique piece and has broadened my range of beautiful jewellery. I hope you love and enjoy each individual hand crafted piece of seaglass jewellery as much as I loved creating it.
The support received will go towards new drill equipment to allow me to make ever more unique and bespoke pieces, also specialist equipment that will allow me to wrap Sterling Silver around the glass. I will also market my business to a new audience and design a brand new website to help me find new customers.

Apart from the items I'll purchase to help my business directly, I will also use the funding to support me to help others learn how to make jewellery within my workshop and allow me to deliver online tutorials to support others who want to follow my lead and launch their own Jewellery business online.
Thank you for reading my page, and thank you for any support you can offer.
