An introduction to me...

Bryony here. I've just finished the Classical Vocal Course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire Music and have been using what I learnt in my training there/from my incredibly talented musical friends to cook up some original music. I love soul, blues, jazz, gospel, R&B and love hearing and seeing great players playing together so this is where I began...The three songs we have done so far include beautifully performed live drums, bass, guitar, Cello and Violin. 

I want to use my music to make people stop in the middle of a dance floor or gig and think ‘That's catchy AND I can relate to that.’ I have already been so lucky to perform all around the UK with amazing ensembles and am constantly amazed by the talent and drive of the people I go on stage with: I want to continue this with my own music. I know that a great recorded sound is important but live shows are what bring people out and into crowds together and so I am writing and planning this whole creative process on developing a band that can really bring a sensational live show to venues and leave room for each musician to improvise and let rip with solos. 

An alternative reward for you...

Most people I speak to about singing want to be able to sing so I thought this is a great opportunity to bring my vocal/musical training from Music College and knowledge of teaching singing into building an artist I can perform with in any venue to all kinds of crowds around the world. I have been developing a 6x 20 minute lesson series of 'singing tips' based on what I've learnt from my various wonderful teachers over the years and I want to share this with YOU in order to help bring more of my own music to live stages, studio and radio.  This is your chance to learn more about/improve your understanding of the voice as well as fuelling a project that aims to perform new music that makes you want to sing along.

The Bizness

I have a 10-month business plan involving a promo company who are already on board, gig dates for previews in June and a design company I am working with to design a logo that celebrates the music and what A S T R A is all about.
