Aspire Linlithgow's first target was to raise £400k +VAT to restore St Michael's Crown of Thorns spire. Job done, in large part thanks to remarkable support from the community.
Now we're aiming even higher: Project 600 will fund major fabric works to the church building to safeguard it for the 21st century, while we also aspire to transform Cross House into a place of care and welcome for Linlithgow past, present and future.
We're bringing renowned astronaut and oceanographer Dr Kathy Sullivan to Linlithgow on 31 March-1 April. This crowdfunder will top up generous donations from church members to enable 4 senior pupils from Linlithgow Academy to join a private dinner with Kathy at Champany Restaurant, while also contributing £2k to Project 600. A better future for young people and for Scotland's most beautiful parish church!
