Ask For Assistant Ltd is a dream startup small business founded in 2021 in London. We pride ourselves on helping our British citizens to find flexible working careers without 9 to 5 rules. We make opportunities for people to work from home and work anytime that is suitable by creating remote collaboration culture between organisations and employees. We help UK small businesses, startups, sole traders, charities, and all types of organisations to hire remote assistants at a fraction amount of the cost compared to the in-house hiring costs. Those small organisations that cannot afford to hire office-based employees by providing them lots of benefits, working desks, computers and more, find a solution from us to hire London-based manpower at an affordable price. 

As we create work-from-home jobs, especially our British Mothers who're long-term unemployed, finds life-changing solution from us and work from home in their comfort zone without compromising their families and children and they get an easy opportunity to get back to work through us. 

Our startup also creates opportunities for anyone like men or women, unemployed or new job seekers, living in poverty, and anyone to find a flexible career path to work from anywhere they want and find freedom as well as work-life balance.

Remote working opportunities are yet fewer in the UK comparing the US and Asia. And the economy of virtual working is booming worldwide since the COVID-19 pandemic, and it'll continue to rise. Ask For Assistant is a professional service provider where organisations and professionals hire remote talents of London on an hourly basis or project basis that helps organizations to get their project or routine work done, saving costs of office spaces and equipment, providing employee benefits, and fewer carbon footprints for the environment. Our mission is to help society to build a flexible workplace and a growing economy that everyone benefits from. 

Why We're Raising Funds and Need Your Support

Since the beginning of our journey, we were facing a lack of work capital issues that we couldn't even properly market ourselves with noise, and we're operating this online platform from home without a branch/office. After the COVID-19 pandemic and losing small numbers of users we had because of their business crisis, we are in a critical financial situation in that we're not being able to continue creating jobs, market to bring customers and hire our London remote talents, and keep operating the organisation, and are extremely in need of capital to make our remote working for every one project alive and operate our organisation.

We tried a lot to borrow funds from the leading lenders, but none worked for us as we don't meet the eligibility criteria due to not having a good financial history, on the other hand, we don't have a physical operational office/branch. And so we need your help to open our very first office in London.

Where is the Money going?

If we are able to BRING OUR SMALL BUSINESS TO LIFE this is a declaration of our intentions:

• Hire a minimum of 2-3 staff for our Marketing & Sales, and Operations departments.
• Rent a small office in Central London and get the necessary office setup done.
• Marketing our organisation in local print media and online marketing to bring new users and create remote job opportunities for everyone and grow our community.
• By finding our new customers we will also work to create remote assistant job opportunities for mothers, the unemployed/disadvantaged, victims, and others.
• Providing training and skill development support to our Virtual Assistants who come from the backgrounds like Unemployed Moms, long-term unemployed, disadvantaged, and young people.
• Purchase computers, equipment, and software for disadvantaged, living in-poverty virtual assistants to ensure they have the necessary tools in hand to get back to work.
