Help us fund our startup and launch our subscription box business Artemis & Xena! We aim to empower women whilst focusing on well-being. A small portion of the profits will be donated to projects by the charity Women's WorldWide Web (https://www.w4.org/en/) 

Rationale behind the box: 

1 in 4 people in the UK will suffer at some point in their lives with a mental health condition. Additionally, it is common that young people in particular will be ignored even though many young people struggle with their emotional well-being. It is also extremely common for young women and teenage girls to feel depressed and anxious. Many suffer with low self esteem and a lack of confidence due to the society we live in and the way the media portrays women. I want to try and change the way women view themselves.  

How it works: 

This is a subscription business therefore customers will receive a box filled with goodies on a monthly basis. However, they can cancel anytime and there is the option to purchase a one-off box. 

The boxes will include a number of items to inspire, empower and help relaxing. We will include cute postcards that we have personally created with motivating quotes. We will also be providing mindfulness/meditation/yoga tips and practices as well as positivity challenges. In addition, we will be working with other small UK business so you have the chance to discover new products. Most items will be kept as a mystery so when our customers open their boxes they can be pleasantly surprised! 

But here is an idea of what they might find in their boxes in addition to what we outlined above:

• Organic tea bags
• Aromatherapy: incense sticks, essential oils, bath melts, bath bombs, bubble bath, candles. 
• An activity: art therapy, adult colouring books, origami, mindful puzzles, DIY activity
• Beauty treats: cosmetics, nail files, soaps
• A healthy organic snack

How much will the boxes normally cost? 

A one-off box and therefore no subscription: £15.99 + (£2.95 shipping )

Month to month subscription: £14.99 + (£2.95 shipping)

3 Month Subscription: £13.99 + (£2.95 shipping) Monthly

6 Month Subscription: £12.99 + (£2.95 shipping) Monthly 

12 Month Subscription: £11.99 + (£2.95 shipping) Monthly

We will be updating our cratejoy website ASAP so people can start placing orders soon. 

Customers must place their order before the 15th of January and we will dispatch the boxes shortly after that. The deadline date of the 15th will be the same for every month.
