Arbequina at the Oxford Covered Market

Aim: Arbequina is opening a new site in the Oxford Covered Market. An exciting project which we would love the community to be a part of.

Dear Friends,

Arbequina opened in 2016 offering quality food in a relaxed & fun atmosphere. We have been incredibly touched by the support received over the years, recognition from national newspapers and inclusion in the Michelin Guide.

After 9 years we are delighted to announce an opening of a second Arbequina in the historic Covered Market, Oxford - and we need your help! 

The new site is at Units 11-15, Avenue 1 of the Covered Market (the old Blue Blood sports shop location) and we are very excited to be opening in such a buzzing, vibrant market, and to be a part of its growth. 

In keeping with the current Arbequina style, we will have an aged zinc bar running the length of the restaurant, with an open kitchen creating theatre and atmosphere. The space requires a complete renovation, which will be a lengthy project that is bound to test us on all fronts! 

Having saved hard we have £100,000 to start the works and if you can help us to raise an additional £50,000 or more, we can ensure this project comes to fruition, a space for everyone to enjoy!
