I'm growing the 'Mo to support men's health Let’s change the face of men’s health together.
A few years ago, a close friend and a colleague of mine was silently struggling with his mental health. None of us knew - he always seemed fine. It wasn’t until he reached a breaking point that we realised how common this silence is. Globally, one man dies by suicide every minute. That’s why I’m raising money for Movember. It’s not just about growing a moustache - it’s about starting conversations, funding support services, and making sure no man feels he has to go through it alone.
