Diversify would like to deliver 20 FREE Anti-bullying workshops to schools across South Yorkshire.
Is to promote social inclusion through our educational workshops, programmes and awareness sessions in both the education and business sector. We want to put a stop to bullying.

Promotion of social inclusion means increased awareness of topics, decreased negative attention towards these issues and ultimately better lives for those who experience exclusion in their daily lives. We believe that people are often scared of differences in society through lack of understanding and that by informing the public, we remove that barrier to communication and community. Our workshop presenters will bring a first-hand knowledge by speaking of their own experiences, offering insight and conversation to a world that may be alien to the audience. Through this interaction, people can converse with someone they may not typically have done and ask those awkward questions in an open environment without fear. Our presenters subsequently break down misguided perceptions and prejudices within society.

In addition to this, our awareness workshops tackle knife and gun crime, substance abuse, domestic violence and crime and punishment.
Plus many more still in development.

Diversify operate with an inclusive recruitment process where we will welcome all candidates regardless of background or experience. We champion an open recruitment process, providing flexible, supportive work for those who may have experienced exclusion, we will show other businesses that you can be both aware, inclusive and supportive and still be a successful business. We will also be showing our employees that they are valued; they are essential and that society welcomes them.

The money from this project will go directly to funding the creation and delivery of our workshops in schools. It will enable us to deliver our workshops to schools with little to no budget and help children who so desperately need support.
